At JiuJitsu, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your training; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your gear is in original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

• 2.
  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
